Lastly, my greatest accomplishment thus far is the creation of our campus magazines. Initially, I faced hesitation from the professional staff members, but our return on investment far exceeded their expectations. The magazines are now the largest source of revenue for the organization, accounting for $20,000+ in advertising sales with the distribution of 10,000 copies. This new source of revenue increased our budget for student pay, allowing for higher hourly wages and as a result, improving our staff retention rate. -
