I interned at LSU Press, the publishing house at Louisiana State University, from August 2017 through August 2018. I worked through the tax season at the Louisiana Department of Revenue from February through June 2019, and then in February and March of 2020. I was lucky enough to be hired back full-time in January 2024 as a Tax Analyst. In addition to my work at Revenue, I am a part-time proofreader for SearchEye, an online SEO company.I edited the full manuscript of a book, The Big Hit, which has been published on Kindle by the author S.C. Stagg. I have done work as a virtual assistant for the Texas-based company Bayou City Press, under its owner Julie Connor. Prior to my LSU Press internship, I worked part-time at the law firm Durio, McGoffin, Stagg, & Ackermann as a clerical assistant and receptionist, and at the Bluebonnet Library in Baton Rouge as a page. I am very good at editing on Microsoft Word, or editing physical manuscripts. I also have been writing my own fiction for close to eighteen years. I have been publishing works of fiction online for almost thirteen years.
