Liaise with UCL Research Services in respect of the setting up and subsequent administration of research grants.Write non-technical bid components (budgets, background and existing projects) of research applications and collating and editing technical contributions, specifically prepare staffing costs and other financial and budgetary information in support of grant applications (liaising with R&D) using the university’s electronic salary costing tool (pFACT) and appropriate templates with the correct overhead rates built in.Take part in teleconference calls, project meetings as necessary and provide committee support to these meetings including circulating papers and minute taking as necessary;Recruitment and selection of new/replacement staff Managing, monitoring, and reporting on project finances, including quarterly, bi-annual and annual reports to donors.Work closely with finance and administrative staff of overseas partners and providing support with their grant management policies. -
