Good day, my name is Mary Chacon. If you are looking for a Jack-Of-All-Trades look no further. I currently work for a credit union as a loan representative for consumer lending. The past eight years I have done it all. I have been a teller, a vault teller, a trainer for new tellers, a receptionist, a loan officer, a contact center representative, and a member service representative. I have also done a little bit with mortgages and collections. Currently my position consists of taking loan applications over the phone and sometimes in person, assisting members with everyday loan transactions, and cross selling credit union products and services. Occasionally I act as the decisioning loan officer; when there is a shortage of staff. Which includes gathering information, and analyzing documents to make an informed decision on credit or credit approval limits, denials, and counteroffers. In each position I have maintained a high level of sales and loan productivity.To sum it up, I could be my own credit union, all in one person.
