- Provided project management over Power System projects. To plan, schedule and execute the works following NPD process: idea generation conceptdesign and developmentpilotmass production. Promoted project work and monitored progress to meet deadlines, standards and cost targets.- Worked with different departments/different suppliers around the world to make project go smoothly. - Conducted global technical meeting/ review meeting to figure out any issues among projects.- Managed supply chain qualification projects to achieve $200K cost saving annually.- Resolved numerous project issues including staffing shortages, scope creep and testing failure.

- Designed PCB boards for power system up to 24KW. - Worked onsite with suppliers to solve rectifier product issues in production.- Design changes for sustaining rectifier products.- Qualified electronic components as purpose of cost saving, second source, alternatives for EOL parts.- Coordinated supply chain and quality team to audit new suppliers to optimize supplier management.
