Graded assignments and provided support for students enrolled in Software Security while expanding knowledge of the cybersecurity field. This course aims to familiarize students with common vulnerabilities that exist in developed code, and teach them to learn to avoid behaviors that lead to unsecure code. Other topics include threat modeling and learning how to operate analysis tools to detect and correct vulnerabilities early in the software development life cycle.

Contributed to a research project aimed at developing personalized virtual job assistants to prepare individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities for entry level IT jobs. Was responsible for identifying valuable insights from participant interviews and gained exposure in Python and Jupyter Notebook.

Provided positive experience to customers by catering to needs and accommodating requests in a timely manner.
