🌟 Welcome to And Yoga with Mary Claytor! 🌟Hey, everyone! I’m Mary, a yoga instructor and healthcare provider, soon-to-be therapist, currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Social Work at Syracuse University. ‘And Yoga’ celebrates embracing the beautiful contradictions within us, inspired by dialectic principles where “and” is key—it’s not just this or that, it’s this AND that. 🌗 From playful exploration to focused intention, from strength to surrender, we find harmony in the balance. 🌿 Follow me on instagram, an educational platform for me to share insights on psychology, yoga, mental health, wellness, and creativity. Look out for monthly challenges aimed at fostering engagement and building a supportive community. 📖💡Moreover, my mission extends beyond personal wellness to community service. 🌍 I’ll be offering community and donation-based classes once a month to support non-profit efforts in Syracuse, ensuring we serve both ourselves AND our community. 🤝💖Excitingly, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be teaching restorative yoga classes at Syracuse Yoga starting Friday, July 12th. Classes will run weekly from 5:45pm to 7pm. For those unable to join in person, a virtual option is available so you can participate from anywhere!In addition I’ll be subbing a power vinyasa flow this Monday, June 24th at 7:30 pm (EST)! Social Workers United connects undergraduate and graduate students who are passionate about being voices of change by engaging in various service opportunities within the university, the School of Social Work, and the broader community.

Developing meaningful relationships in a teaching and learning environment that will enable all children, regardless of age, gender, or circumstance, to reach their optimum potential, point toward a productive future, and contribute to the success of their community.

Oversees the business and operational side of the group practice. Conducts phone consultations for new patients, organizes scheduling and team meetings, and manages billing and insurance.

Under direction of the Program Manger, the CRC provides direct patient care and participates in therapeutic milieu within the scope of defined practice. CRC's provide direct patient care through group and individual counseling in accordance with current treatment plan. Establishes relationships with patients that are helpful and maintains professional boundaries. Intervenes in managing complex patient situations. Participates in leading and co-leading patient groups. Provides and supervises community activities according to needs. Provides patients with direction and supervision as needed. Communicates information regarding patient milieu/therapeutic environment to appropriate staff in a timely manner.

Provided victim/survivors of sexual assault advocacy, care, and support during medical and legal reports.

Lead arts practice, physical workouts, and meditation classes for residence with dementia and and Alzheimer's.

Assisted medical staff in Women and Newborn unit. Provided post delivery care to mothers and newborns.
