Responsible for the management of interface and project execution risk program for the ~$2B Jack and St Malo semisubmersible floating production unit (FPU) construction project, ~$600MM expansion project and ~$28MM Julia 3rd party tieback. Jack & St. Malo (JSM) project was named one of the ‘Top 5 Projects of 2015’ by Offshore Magazine.• Managed project execution risk on Jack & St. Malo (JSM) Stage 1, JSM Stage 2 and the ExxonMobil Julia tieback projects in the Gulf of Mexico to support on time and on budget execution.• Managed project team, business unit, regulatory/government angeny, vendor (McDermott, Technip) and partner (ExxonMobil) interfaces to meet technical and business objectives.• Managed project transition from construction to operation for for JSM Stage 2 and Julia tie back to establish a framework for Operations to successfully manage the assets from day 1.• Facilitated risk assessment workshops for project alternative screening, project execution, and Drilling and Completion (D&C) in support of quality decision making.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt responsible for the execution of Lean Sigma projects across 700+ person Exploration & Production’s Deepwater (DWEP) business unit. • Managed deployment of DWEP Lean Sigma program to Major Capital Projects (MCP), Information Technology (IT), Appraisal, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Business Development & Planning (BD&P). • Led Lean Sigma projects for three deepwater major capital projects to deliver ~$36MM in cost and time saving opportunities. • Mentored 5 Lean Six Sigma Green Belt candidates and their projects through the certification process.

Responsible for the identification, development, and effective deployment of process and organizational improvements across a 6 country Global Service Center organization. • Led diverse regional and global teams that delivered $6.5MM in annual savings through process redesign, leveraging technology, and workforce management.• Instrumental in the $22MM to $13MM operating budget reduction through corporate business planning cycle.• Led internal Lean Six Sigma adoption and managed the Global Service Center Lean Six Sigma project portfolio of $1.9MM in savings

Responsible for the deployment of global strategies and processes to Chevron’s North America $14MM commercial Diesel business unit.• Led regional team to deploy a new product, Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel, into the market to comply with new EPA regulations. Roll out was an industry standard and leveraged by the EPA in their communications.• Managed roll out of multiple global initiatives into the region to generate revenue and improve sales organizational capability.

Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of a web based e-procurement solution for use by large national customers. • Developed a $400M web based e-procurement solution that standardized distributor and customer relations, increased revenue, improved customer contract management, and optimized delivery. • Led contract negotiations with third party vendor to develop and host the site. Managed ongoing relationship and leveraged our investment with additional opportunities.

Responsible for representing Lubricants organization interest in the implementation of a financial back office ERP (SAP). • Performed business process reengineering to standardize processes across business units and operating companies. • Improved flexibility to handle changing business requirements and increase customer satisfaction.
