Developing relationship with African communities in Leeds, Yorkshire to reduce the acquisition of HIV within African communities and promote prevention strategies.

Empowering Black and Minority Ethnic Women with the aim of reducing the socio-economic barriers and challenges faced by migrant women in the UK through skills training, ESOL programmes, Information, Advice and Guidance, signposting etc.

Working with both prisoners and offenders serving their punishment in the community. Supervised and managed offender behaviour in the cmmunity. Worked in partnership with th prison, police and the courts, and other community service providers eg mental health and drug agencies, housing, social service etc. prepare parole reports and pre-sentence reports which basically assess the risk of an offender in the community or in prison, to others and to him/herself. Advice the court on sentencing taking into consideration sentencing guidlines.
