Youth Business Connections Enrichment Academy is designed to inspire youth in developing entrepreneurial, leadership, academic, communication, social and life skills.Through non-traditional means of learning, youth are introduced to various concepts to help them with critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills. Special emphasis will be focused on personal finance, money management, including stock market applications, entrepreneurship, cultural and social enrichment.

Taught Career and Technical Education courses to High School and Middle School student. Integrate the stock market game, entrepreneurship projects, and personal finance into the middle school CTE curriculum.Served as Advisor to Future Business Leaders of America Organization(FBLA). McClintock's FBLA students compete in regional, state and national competitions and have won more awards and recognitions then any other middle school chapter in CMS district and in the state. Students were nationally recognized and published in the "Future EOC" magazine, Tomorrow's Business Leaders magazine and the "Council on Entrepreneurship Education" national newsletter publications.Served as Advisor to the Stock Market Teams, our students won first and third place in the Piedmont Region with stock portifolios out performing 287 teams in the region. Stock market kids were published in the Charlotte News and Observer and the Charlotte Post.

Served as Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Office Manager.
