Mary is a valuation expert focused on using her financial and governance expertise to increase shareholder value. Mary’s expertise in public and private valuation gives her a unique perspective for her corporate board work. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for DWS Funds, Edney Distributing Company, The Meritex Company, Warners' Stellian, and the Hardenbergh Foundation. Mary is the Audit Chairperson for The Meritex Company and Warners' Stellian. Mary provides investment and grant distribution oversight for the Hardenbergh Foundation.Mary has experience working with mutual funds, privately owned companies, and family businesses. Her previous board work has included serving on the Board of Crescent Electric Supply Company (Chair of Nominating and Governance Committee), Driessen Water (Chair of Nominating and Governance Committee), and Mairs & Power Funds Trust (Audit Committee Chair, 4 years) and Chair of the Board (5 years). During her tenure at Crescent Electric Supply Company, she developed a board evaluation process and term limits. At Mairs & Power Funds Trust she led the Board through the successful transition to a master series trust.Mary has consulted with businesses on a variety of in-depth financial and corporate governance issues over her career.
