My responsibilities included scheduling for the marketing team and nominating receipt and delivery volumes to the pipeline. I was responsible for scheduling downstream marketing trades with various connecting carriers, and I created and distributed all marketing invoices and inventory positions on the system. In addition, I managed our truck stations and reconciled daily and monthly transactions back to each shipper. I updated various daily and monthly analytical reports that provided insight regarding the activity on the system.

In this role, I worked with the Marketing group to create purchase contracts, input lease data and provided customer service to our many producers in West Texas and New Mexico. I also assisted in monthly scheduling.

I managed the Division Order and Ticket Analyst positions. I was responsible for adding and maintaining all operator, lease, tank, and owner data in the accounting software. I updated monthly pricing and yearly NM severance taxes. I provided multiple volume reports to the marketing team and submitted monthly nominations to trade partners and pipeline companies. I was responsible for monthly government reporting for Texas entities as well as creating check stub entries from gas companies. I sent Run Statements to the operators and resolved routine inquiries regarding tickets, pricing and royalty payments.

I was responsible for over forty purchasers and entered their revenue into Enertia Software. I reconciled their revenue to the General Ledger and assisted in Texas Severance Tax reporting.

I updated monthly pricing, processed lease allocations, issued correction tickets as requested by the field and sent monthly Run Statements to operators. I maintained our company lease master as new leases were added and rates changed. I submitted royalty reports to government agencies and updated our accounting software as new versions were released. I was responsible for setting up all new leases, tanks and offload stations in WolfePak. I maintained operator files, set up owners and division orders, created First Purchaser contracts and assisted with over/shorts at our stations.

I supervised Math Lab students and peer tutors during the evening hours. I monitored testing and helped with the Math Mentoring program. I provided assistance and instruction to students in classes including: Algebra, Trigonometry, Business Math, Statistics, and Calculus.

I worked in the Math Lab and provided assitance to students in a range of Math classes. I tutored multiple students in Intermediate Algebra on a one-on-one basis through the testing center. I was also employed as a Math Mentor to help high school students complete and understand their homework. My Student Instructor position included me sitting in on classes and offering help as needed.
