As a Client Coordinator at a four-attorney law office, I served as the primary liaison between clients and the legal team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. The majority of the work consisted of client inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining and organizing client files, and assisting with case updates. The role required excellent organizational and communication skills to support attorneys in managing their caseloads efficiently. Additionally, I helped ensure a positive client experience by addressing concerns, providing information, and maintaining confidentiality. All while having the opportunity to shadow and witness a variety of legal proceedings.
