In partnership with the M.D/CEO, I undertake the following responsibilities.1. Invoicing & Procurement through e-sourcing2. Take responsibility of Immigration matters i.e processing immigration papers for Expatriates employees both coming in and going out of the country, rendering Immigration monthly returns and other related matters3. Making Travel / Hotel arrangements 4. Drafting letters and other correspondences onbehalf of the M.D5. Filling system and Mail Handling6. Arranging business meetings and Taking minutes of meetings7. Monitor National Dailies for job openings (Pre-qualification for jobs)8. Keeping track of job progress completion (Strictly for Invoicing purpose) etc.
