My career in media production started at Dragon TV, a video facilities company, as a Production Administrator. Then 14 years ago a move to mediafour led to me taking up the role of Production Manager, a role that involves overseeing project budgets, editing and filming schedules and developing the companies’ client base. I have an intuitive understanding of client needs and I will always ensure a smooth transition from the visual concept to the final end product keeping the project on time and on budget. At mediafour I work on a wide range of creative solutions for our clients from videos, animation, CGI, events to printed materials and promo items.

I worked for a number of different sectors, 7 years working within the medical recruitment sector, placing doctors into locum positions within the NHS, this was a niche and specialist area of recruitment where I gained a very good understanding of the professional medical environments and specialities. Before moving on to work for recruitment services within the building contractors industry and my last post working in the general recruitment field. During this time I completed my CIPD Foundation Certificate.
