My role in Cityprint as a Graphic Designer was to generate creative designs for clients which includedthings like brand identities, logos, stationery designs, menus, wedding invites. A major part of my rolewas to over-see all design work being delivered to clients at all stages of production, including initialconcepts and ideas, first proof and final proof and also ensuring that the printed quality reflects that ofthe on screen design. As a member of an extensive creative team, I worked with my co-workers to givethe client the best experience when collaborating with Cityprint. I was also operator of an industrialXerox Fiery digital printer which is where I ran most jobs including memoriam cards, wedding invites,flyers, posters and many more.

My role in The Sign Place as a Graphic Designer was to work with clients in coming up with unique designs for their businesses and for personal occasions.The Sign Place specialise in shop front designs and vehicle vinyl enhancements including busses, lorries and cars. As well as working on these larger projects I also was enabled to work on smaller more personalised designs including brand identity and banners for special occasions.Other responsibilities included running the digital printer.As a member of staff, I worked alongside the creative design team and the fitting team to ensure that the clients need were met from start to finish with the design, costing and fitting of the project.

As a call centre operative I worked on a summer contract where I would make outbound calls as sales representative for a major UK company. I also was selected to take part in another short term contract where I completed analysis of inbound phone calls in order to correct an error in the operating system.
