Serves as the Public Works Chief supporting Installation Management Command (IMCOM) – Sustainment. Responsible for the oversight of public works programs for over 30 active duty U.S. Army installations and Joint Bases supporting Army Materiel Command, the Military District of Washington, ASALT, and Army Futures Command.Provides oversight of the engineering, construction, master planning and public works operations to garrison teams providing support for over 500,000 service members, family members, retirees, and civilians. Leader of public works - focused on business transformation, technical engineering, and driving financial management efficiencies of over $500M annually in base operations support.

Serves as the Deputy Public Works supporting Installation Management Command (IMCOM) – Sustainment. Responsible for the oversight of public works programs for seventeen active duty U.S. Army installations and Joint Bases supporting Army Materiel Command, the Military District of Washington, Army Test and Evaluation Command, Army South and the Army North. Provides expert advice to garrison teams that provide support for 550,000 service members, family members, retirees, and civilians. Provides support on the execution of funds and programs including $450M annually in base operations contracts supporting 110M square feet of facilities in 11 states.

As Chief of the Military Construction Branch, I provide technical guidance to the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) and Garrison Leadership on the planning, programming and major construction execution responsibilities of the DPW. I have overseen the development of the Redstone Arsenal Real Property Master Plan by focusing on maximizing the utilization of existing real property assets and leveraging partnerships with Federal, State and Local Government organizations to increase the capability of Redstone Arsenal. I also oversee the installation energy program.During my time in this position, I have overseen planning and growth of new Department of Justice operations (>$150 million in infrastructure), supported further expansion of current Missile Defense Agency and Department of Justice missions (>400,000 SF), and have overseen the expansion of the Utility Energy Savings Contract (UESC) with the TVA where during the past year over $20M of improvements were implemented and $9M were put under contract to perform infrastructure upgrades with a 7 year payback.

Serves as an Installation Master Planner having responsibility for master planning at US Army Garrison - Redstone to include providing expert advice, consultations, coordination, and discussions on Redstone construction and mobilization requirements. Responsible for development and execution of significant master planning policies and programs that embrace a range of subjects directly or indirectly concerned with research and development, testing, environment, safety, and logistic support.
