All Souls' Episcopal Church is one of the larger churches in the Diocese of Oklahoma with over 1000 families. Duties of the part time position of Secretary/Receptionist included greeting parishioners to the facility, answering multi-line telephones, correspondence preparation and specialized duties. Those specialized duties were preparation of daily deposit preparation of pledges and other donations received via the postal mail, coordination of the drivers for the Mobile Meals program and all aspects of the parish newsletter. This position wrote and edited submissions to a newsletter published in-house using Publisher software, printed the document, prepared it for mailing with the help of volunteers and saw it delivered to the post office.
