Primary duties include overseeing, supervising and assisting the technical staff. My skills include IV catheterization, anesthetic induction and maintenance, surgical prep and assisting, SQ/IM/IV injections, Dentistry, Radiology and Dental Radiology, Patient monitoring, Client education, excellent communication skills with clients, employees and management, venipuncture, laboratory testing, controlled substance inventory and housekeeping duties. I am in charge of training all new employees (Technicians, Receptionists and Kennel Assistants), resolving conflicts between staff members and customers, Inventory control, End of Month and End of Year reports and balancing, accounting, employee scheduling and Computer System Administrator.

Duties at the hospital included surgical assisting and prepping, injections and vaccinations, dentistry, X-ray, patient care, grooming and an extensive boarding facility.
