At Pollen8 Inc., I worked for Camp Appalachia which was a summer camp for children that were at-risk youth, which allowed their families to receive help as well. During my employment there I tutored the children to help them perform better academically at school and I worked diligently to help the children become academically above-par in areas where they were once least proficient. As a counselor, I was also able to help them create art, music, and learn to read. At Pollen8 Inc. I also used my proficient communication skills to communicate with the children's parents or guardians, and help the families receive any help they needed. By using my great communication skills, I was able to make each child smile, and when problems arrived I was able to use those same skills to solve the problem that was at hand.
