As the Director of Curriculum and Professional Development at Games for Change, I oversee the design and delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences that leverage the power of games and technology to foster social change and future ready skills. With more than 25 years of experience in K-20 education, I am passionate about the intersection of learning and technology and providing access and content that drive learning outcomes for individuals and communities.I have served as a District Technology Leader where I developed and facilitated trainings for educators who are implementing and integrating technology tools to enhance student learning. In my leadership role, I managed large scale project planning and implementation, levies, budgets, hiring and team member growth and development. I have been a featured speaker at several national and international conferences on educational technology, leadership and using tools for game design. My mission is to empower leaders, educators and learners to become active citizens in aglobal society through technology integration, gamedesign thinking and leadership that grows opportunities for our youth.
