Thank you for stopping by my profile! I started my career with UPS May 2003 in various assignments within Business Development. Some of these positions include: Area Sales Manager Specialist, Project Lead Specialist, West Region Middle Market Marketing Specialist, West Region Data Management Specialist, North Central Region Middle Market Analyst, Account Executive, and Enterprise Account Executive. I enjoy partnering with my customers in the territory and helping them achieve their growth goals by implementing solutions from our portfolio with my partners. Being a part of the UPS Women's Leadership Development Committee as a Co-Chair is to help develop the business connections in the community. We have had several women business owner guest speakers share their challenges and successes that they encountered throughout their careers with our UPS Team. I feel that it is important to build relationships in professional organizations and network with business leaders in multiple industries. These business owners share a wealth of knowledge, a different breadth of perspective, and their creativity so that I can implement in my customer facing execution.Since 2016, I have had the opportunity to support the Little Black Book Women in Business Annual BrrrBASH by staging toy bins in the Earth City Feeders operation and our customer counter in the Central Plains District during the holidays to benefit the United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots Organization. Organizations- Voluntarily joined Real Talk Kim's Inner Circle Mentorship Program to continue to develop my personal and professional goals- Joined the Little Black Book Women in Business 9 to 5 Corporate Chapter Leadership Team to help empower women- Coordinated the logistics of a 53' tractor trailer for the annual BrrrBASH to benefit the Toys for Tots organization that generated over 9,000 toys- United Way Leadership Circle "Power of the Purse": January 2012 - Present- UPS Women's Leadership Development Committee Member: 2008 - Present- Participated in the Jr. Achievement Program as a volunteer: 2008 - Present
