About Mary Espiritu

I am a seasoned Office Management and Administrative Support professional with a diverse background supporting organizations of all sizes. I cut my teeth in the tech sector, living and working in Silicon Valley during the dot com boom. I changed course and devoted myself to being a full time mom for 8 years after leaving eBay before jumping back into the workforce. I see myself as the problem-solver and jack of all trades: People Ops, Benefits Administration, Talent and Recruiting Management, AP & AR, Executive Support, and basic IT Support. You name it, I've probably worn that hat. I have always been a self-starter, teaching myself how to do something when needed and adapt quickly to new environments and new technologies. My varied experiences across a variety of industries and company sizes has given me the ability to connect with staff across departments and functions.
