I am a seasoned Office Management and Administrative Support professional with a diverse background supporting organizations of all sizes. I cut my teeth in the tech sector, living and working in Silicon Valley during the dot com boom. I changed course and devoted myself to being a full time mom for 8 years after leaving eBay before jumping back into the workforce. I see myself as the problem-solver and jack of all trades: People Ops, Benefits Administration, Talent and Recruiting Management, AP & AR, Executive Support, and basic IT Support. You name it, I've probably worn that hat. I have always been a self-starter, teaching myself how to do something when needed and adapt quickly to new environments and new technologies. My varied experiences across a variety of industries and company sizes has given me the ability to connect with staff across departments and functions. Relationship building, coaching new managers, leadership development and focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion are all initiatives of importance to me.
