* Recruit/Enroll/Intake/Assessment/Case Manage families to provide services addressing their interest, needs, and supporting emergency crisis prevention and interventions within the SPA 7 service areas. * Supportive child social services through referrals, and devised realistic long term or short term goals with families. * Communicated and partner with social service agencies to recruit, educate, and access resources. * Maintain a caseload of 80 families working under strict deadlines. * Educate, assist, and support families in the areas of health, disabilities, nutritional, social services, mental health, including parent and community engagement. * Advocate for families at Multi-Disciplinary Teams, IEP Meetings, and 504 Plans.

Monitor Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance for all the funded enrollment of the agency. Train staff and update and revise Policy and Procedures.
