Researcher, Updating Information Specialist, Administrative Coordinator
CurrentI currently work full-time as a researcher and I am responsible for compiling information pertaining to a client's specific invention idea and turning it into a comprehensive book including details on how the product would be made, who it could be marketed to, what the trends within that market currently look like, etc. This book is then delivered to the client who may use it to generate interest in their invention idea. I am very good at what I do and take pride in my work. I have received positive feedback on my writing both by management as well as the clients themselves. In addition to my research role, I am also responsible for updating industry standards that are used by other researchers in the department. In this role, I am responsible for locating and writing about statistical information regarding various market targets or trends within a certain area of interest or market. This information is often included within InventHelp's Basic Information Packages, so it is important to have the latest statistical information available. Management has entrusted me with this task.In previous years with InventHelp, I worked as a full-time Administrative Coordinator, where I dealt mainly in communications with interoffice connections, inventors, and sales representatives. I have excellent written and oral communication skills, which were reflected in my daily work. I was responsible for correspondence between the client or sales representative and the researchers. It was my job to collect the information clients provided and make sure that information made it to the appropriate file and subsequently the researcher assigned to that file.
