Mary began her personal journey into sound healing in 2012, playing for family and friends and began offering small sound baths locally in 2019. But she sought to have a deeper understanding of these beautiful musical tools. After pursuing a career as a Natural Health Therapist she was led to the Academy of Sound Healing Academy and her teacher Natalie Brown from Iowa. SHA offers a unique coupling of online learning and physical classes worldwide. After +2 years of graduate and hands on work, which transformed her; physically, emotionally and spiritually she has found her passion as a "Sound Healing Practitioner" offering Group and Individual 1:1 Integral Sound Sessions. Working for an International company for over 3 decades… Mary experienced many countries and societies with different perspectives on medicine, health and wellbeing. This led her to look at holistic options, pursuing a Holistic education as a Naturopathic Therapist in 2015 while also completing her Masters Certification in Usui Reiki and Ordained Minister certification.Realizing thru holistic education, that the stress, long work hours, emotional manipulation, prior traumas and domestic abuse had led to a series of years of disease, sickness, infertility and depression, she left her corporate job of 38 years in 2019 to take care of her family, follow her hearts true path and to continue the path of personal healing.Mary offers individual sound healing as well as Corporate, public and private sound baths, her passion in life is to assist others in achieving stress reduction, relaxation, balance and self-healing and to inspire clients to create their own wellness from aspects of music to improve physical and emotional health and well-being.Mary has been honored to be able to bring these good vibrations to West and Central Michigan, allowing all who can benefit from these sound frequencies to enhance their natural health.
