Field Service Business Development Representative
CurrentRepresent RiteHite dock products and services to some of the world's largest companies. Responsible for full lifecycle sales and account management selling service, parts, maintenance and repairs of industrial levelers, restraints, doors and various in-plant needs.Met 1st year Gross Profit target within 5 months. Responsible for all specs of custom engineered products and equipment installations.Conducts meetings with Facility operations managers, maintenance managers, and safety leadership to provide plant and dock solutions to meet safety and productivity KPIs.Performs site walks and equipment specs at manufacturing and logistics warehouses to determine correct parts and repairs needed to make equipment operational. Sells the value of preventative maintenance contracts to ensure OEM warranty guidelines are met and earn continuing service and repair work.Works with other division reps to cross-sell additional plant equipment, deepen customer partnerships and gain additional revenue opportunities. Works with competitor OEMs to identify parts needed for non-RiteHite equipment repairs
