I am a Registered Nurse with 30 years of nursing experience, including 19 years in leadership roles. I have a strong background in providing patient-centered care, educating members about available resources, and managing infection control programs. Most recently, I worked as a Case Management Nurse at UnitedHealth Group, where I established effective communication with members to identify unmet needs during the transition of care. I also supported the Nurse Advice Line and the Remote Patient Monitoring Program during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was recognized as a Worldwide Leader in Healthcare by the International Nurses Association in 2016. I am ready to exceed expectations on a new challenge.
