* Lead and drive all aspects of GCC program for Janssen Pharmaceutical Commercial and R&D government External Funding activities; Compliance oversight of $880MM US, and EU Government research negotiated contracts and grants with another $200MM in negotiations across three regions* Partner with cross-sector Company leadership within Janssen Pharmaceutical Operating Companies, Janssen R&D, and Janssen Diabetes resulting in the Government Contracting & Pricing Compliance program effectively prevents and/or detects violations of law, regulations and policies * Conduct risk assessment with key business stakeholders to detect process gaps & inconsistencies, collaborate and influence resulting in efficient implementation of applicable corrective actions to mitigate the potential risks in business activities

Health Care Compliance* Partnered with internal and external Legal Counsel to ensure understanding of company business processes, compliance risk and current controls to influence litigation with OIG resulting in the current CIA controls being minimally invasive to current company practices * Led the strategic vision for CIA Operations team interpretation, implementation and education of CIA requirements and solutions, and mandatory deliverables across Pharmaceuticals sector resulting in delivering 100% reporting compliance of CIA the last 5 years * Management of annual Independent Review Organization(IRO) Transaction and System Review engagements resulting in recommendations and remediation of compliance processes with limited impact on business partners* Accepted stretch assignment to partnered with Government Contract Compliance to provide health care compliance officer (HCCO) oversight for Contract Pricing Committee for ASP franchise contract exceptions, resulting in expanding company knowledge of medical device while covering resource need * Effectively streamlined CIA 3rd Party Supplier training by refining number of suppliers required to complete the Covered Persons training, resulting in a large cost savings for the company. * Engaged all-levels of Pharmaceutical Management related to the Compliance Expert Review to accurately portray compliance processes and controls embedded within the organization, resulting in the Company receiving a “Meets all Standards” distinction* Created vision, design and implementation of Pharmaceutical sector policies and procedures consolidation to simplify the complexity of the 85 polices resulting in streamlined approach to PGHCC policies more user friendly format and eliminating the redundancy of compliance requirements and information

* Developed Janssen Pharmaceutical state reporting and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure completeness in reporting to state government requirements for value transfer transparency prior to Sunshine Act.* Engaged in internal investigations of HCC principles related to value transfers to health care providers within J&J Pharmaceutical sector* Created trending and monitoring reports for senior leaders to identify HCC risks and mitigation controls.
