-Accountable for the hiring, training and continuous development of a staff of 25-30 college students from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.-Continually provide feedback to employees through statistical analysis, coaching and monitoring while effectively communicating goals, successes and areas for improvement. -Surpassed Fiscal Year 2012 dollar goal of $478,259.-Established higher standards for the closing of a pledge resulting in an increase in the number of gifts secured on credit card by over 34% and the amount of dollars secured on credit card by over 32% between Fiscal Years 2012 and 2011. -Increased the number of pledges fulfilled by 188 pledges and the number of dollars fulfilled by $24,820 compared to Fiscal Year 2011.

-Serving as member of highly selective national service corps of recent college graduates of all academic majors who commit two years to teach in underresourced public schools and become lifelong leaders in a wide range of careers. -Increased state tested writing scores an average score of one and a half points (on a four point scale). -Cultivated flexible and willing work ethic by working with 25-125 students in a reading, language arts, social studies and science teacher capacity. -CoDirected and CoChoreographed cast of 20 students in a production of The Wizard of Oz.
