Oversee emergency planning for electric and natural gas emergency incidents. Incorporate ICS principles in developing procedures for the emergency coordination center. Design and deliver training and exercises and facilitate after action debriefs, and develop after action/improvement plans.Participate in industry mutual assistance groups.Partner with Local, County and State agencies in regional planning and coordination efforts.

Emergency Operation, Fire Safety and Evacuation Planning

Oversee training and procedures related to reservations, ticket sales and check-in and gate operations service agents. Provided supervision and direction to six full time training supervisors and indirect supervision of training activities for over 25 station trainers. Oversaw $1.5M training budget. Oversaw development of the first required training programs for newly hired agents. Directed training and on-site support for new station openings.
