Following an extensive career In private equity investment, strategy and corporate governance, I am pursuing Board of Director positions with growth oriented financial technology companies. With experience on 20+ Board across multiple economic cycles, I bring a unique and diverse skill set to the Board room. Having served on all Board committees and Chaired two boards, I have expertise in corporate governance from formation through exit. I retired from Bank of America in 2018 after 12 years in several senior leadership roles. After over ten years in Global Principal Investment and Corporate Strategy, I established a new cross-bank Payment Strategy to drive the multi-billion Payments-related business across retail, small business and corporate clients. My work included defining a bank-wide strategy, creating an innovative operating model and founding a high-skilled team to lead efforts which supported this key corporate priority. I relied on expertise developed through my leadership of Bank of America’s Global Principal Investment teams with people and portfolio companies in the Americas, Asia and Europe along with two decades of private equity investing. During multiple business cycles, I successfully invested in, worked with and exited technology companies as a strategic partner, advisor and Board Member. I served on 19 Corporate or Advisory Boards including as Chairman of the Board and on Audit, Compensation, Governance and Risk & Security Committees. I have deep expertise in Financial Technology from my years at Bank of America. In addition, I also spent 8 years at GE Equity where I invested in Media, Energy and Health Care technologies which enabled GE’s businesses to accelerate their transformation.
