Highlights: Surveillance Developed & executed a Table Games training program which included 246 training assessments in the first 90 days. Modified the department procedure manual which eliminated waste and established departmental standard operating procedures. Developed & executed a Table Games strategy to optimize casino hold %. Current hold 20% Financial – Identified $188,000 in internal theft, recovered $157,000 in court appointed restitution. -
