Primary Administrator of Avaya S8800 Call Manager phone system, including Intuity Voicemail and Call Management System. Primary Administrator of Cisco Unified Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, Unified Contact Center Express and Jabber. Daily Responsibilities included: o Managing and provisioning Voice and Data work orders on both Cisco and Avaya Systems. o Managing 35+ daily calls for assistance on programming and troubleshooting issues. o Triaging and working Voice and Data trouble tickets within 4-hour time frame. o Assisting Field Technician with surplus field work on daily work orders and trouble tickets. o Performing backups, upgrades and repairs of Telecom equipment as needed. o Working closely with Layer 1/ Layer 2 Technicians to ensure availability of data ports in closets for daily installs and upcoming projects.  o Manage daily emergencies that arose. Researched, programmed and implemented voice traffic routing of all Avaya extension based calls in order to move all PSTN trunking to the Cisco servers. This included provisioning 40 ISDN E1 Trunk Groups, 40 FAS Signaling Groups and specific call routing patterns without affecting telephone service routing through the Avaya and CUCM servers. Assisted in the Campus implementation, migration and transition from the Avaya Intuity Voicemail System to the Cisco Unity Voicemail system in July of 2014.Responsible for all the Avaya and Cisco programming when migrating campus phone users from Avaya CM over to Cisco CUCM. This included programming the specific features the individual users were familiar with on the Avaya phones such as Call Pick-up, EC500, Call-Forwarding and Call Coverage were programmed on the Cisco VoIP phone. I also created step-by-step user guides that would make the transition as easy as possible.
