Leading the Competency & Learning stream of the Digital Systems Program, which will introduce European Train Control System Level 2 to Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink

Successfully implementing the Transport Essentials mandatory learning solution across the Transport cluster. This involved the implementation of a governance framework for mandatory training and a centralised repository of all compliance training requirements, as well as launching a new portal for the extended workforce to access online training. Under my leadership, we developed over 30 new learning offerings over a 12 month period, which are currently receiving very positive feedback across our workforce of 30,000+.Other achievements include coordinating a one day conference for 200 participants. coordinating the strategic procurement process to establish a panel of external learning providers, and leading a project to completely rework our Transport's approach to SAP training and support.

Managed a variety of learning related programs and projects, including the Safety Learning and Engagement Program, which developed a series of safety related learning products for use across the Transport cluster. I was also involved in the re-accreditation of Transport for NSW as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

A sole contributor role where I partnered with clients to develop learning solutions on a variety of topics such as safety and induction. My most exciting project was to support a not for profit organisation working in refugee camps.

I project managed projects to deliver blended learning solutions. I also led a team of instructional designers and eLearning developers across several states. I prepared proposals for clients and negotiated contracts.

As the leader of a team of over 20 employees, I oversaw a portfolio of eLearning development projects. In my time at HETI, the portfolio I managed grew from $500k per annum of work to over $2 million. By completing these projects within NSW Health rather than using external vendors, we reduced our overall expenses to develop learning, and ensured more aligned, fit-for-purpose learning solutions.Another key part of my role was maintaining our business process knowledge hub, including updating our templates and processes for ongoing continuous improvement. I provided coaching and mentoring across District HETI on best-practice eLearning development and instructional design, and continued to make recommendations on how to improve our products and practices.One of my proudest achievements was being involved in reworking the Child Protection mandatory training used across the NSW Health workforce. This training was reworked from a two hour, text driven offering to a 20 minute scenario based product with supporting information easily accessible when needed. With a workforce of this size, making a time reduction like this has a huge benefit.The most challenging project I led was the Rural Generalist Nurse program. This included a variety of learning offerings; the most complex being a learning game where nurses were presented with virtual patients and needed to decide how to diagnose and treat these patients in a way that simulated a real life environment. This solution won a Silver Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Award for Best Use of Games and Simulations in Learning, and a Gold LearnX Impact Award for Best Game.While at HETI, my team also won a Platinum LearnX Award for Best Diversity / Inclusion Project for 'Meeting the Healthcare Needs of Refugees', and a Platinum LearnX Award for Best Learning Model: Online for 'Stigma, Discrimination and Intravenous Drug Use'.

Sole responsibility for IT systems training for organisation - both project and BAU. Implement and manage LMS. Developed & delivered six week induction course for new contact centre.
