I am a senior Product Owner specialising in transforming and digitising business processes and systems for circa 1 million customers. I have experience of both consumer and business lending with AIB in Ireland preceded by an early career in IT with a track record in e-signatures, legacy systems integration, cloud deployment, scrum framework. My strengths include :- innovative thinking- managing stakeholder engagements and user expectations- leading cross-functional, multi-locational project teams. Major achievements :- delivering a new digital car finance application platform in 2016 which increased sales by 90% in the first year- delivery of a multi-channel digital lending platform for personal customers in 2014 which has seen approx. 100% growth in sales each year since deployment. This platform has also achieved a net promoter score of +90.- spearheaded the deployment of cloud based e-signatures for lending processes in AIB and have advocated in the wider organisation for the adoption of e-signatures for all paper based signature processes.
