In March 2020, as our CEO was forced to re-strategise the company, I was involved in implementing our new global distribution network strategy, in particular recruiting and managing our global network of Strategic Partners, to ensure they effectively manage our distributors around the world, and feel well supported to enhance the successful promotion of our products/systems. In this capacity, my role entails creating and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders, which also includes Government Departments (namely DIT/DfT/DFID/FCO/BEIS).
