I presented my research results as Speaker at 17th International Biotechnology Symposium and exhibition 2016, "Auxenochlorella Protothecoides as a source of lipids and antioxidant", October 2016. in Melbourne, Australia.I acquired the expertise in operation and light maintenance of G. Chromatographer, UV/Vis spectrophotometer, Photo-bioreactors, High-performance liquid Chromatographer (HPLC), light inverted microscope, among others.I maintained culture of algae on axenic conditions. I applied and improved experimental protocols focused on testing the productivity of algae strains, and posted in the laboratory protocols for other researchers application. I worked with a research team supervising and supporting student's research, with the application of statistical data analysis and experimental design. I lead experiments conduction and faced laboratory proving to solve. I learned to obtained microalgae compounds including lipids and carotenoids.
