Since 1995, I’ve had the privilege of working in the industry I support today: animal health services. I have witnessed incredible changes throughout the years, as you can imagine. From the way we conduct sales, training, the handling and collection of data and analysis, and the way organizations meet the demand & challenges of attracting new business and retain customers has evolved in our ever-changing world. The one thing that is constant is change, and I have learned how to adapt, embrace, and influence change throughout my career.My success has been built upon a foundation of leadership principles, in which I believe that leadership is behavior and not a specific role. It is setting the vision, chasing the vision, and making an impact through actions and collaboration. Being an inquisitive leader with a natural appetite for knowledge and continuous improvement has also been a key to my success and has allowed me to develop and support teams to work passionately and harmoniously towards the organization’s goals. I am committed to creating strategic business plans that focus on developing internal talent, enhance the business’ processes & systems and profitably support the organizational goals. Another one of my key strengths is having the expertise of intuitively knowing how to effortlessly blend data, business requirements and ingenuity to drive the business forward and improve revenue. I am very grateful to have had the opportunities afforded to me throughout my 27-year-old career. I've represented incredible organizations; I’ve had the opportunity to learn from very strong mentors and I’ve had the privilege to grow and mentor others in return. All these experiences have brought me to where I am today in my career, and I look forward to much more success in the years to come!
