Participate as a research assistant on a project and article for publication investigating research metrics measuring Penn faculty h-indexes, utilize SCOPUS, PubMed, and LENS to collect and compare data.Organize and database documents donated from a previous Penn faculty member’s personal files.Plan and develop lecture series event regarding dentistry, technology, and information literacy alongside Head Librarian Laurel Graham.

Served as a member of a team that completed work in a variety of parks and protected lands in the Southeast United States. Completed technical trail work and maintenance, including building drains, building steps, improving trail tread. Constructed split-rail fencing, campsites, and picnic areas. Implemented procedures to remove invasive plant species.

Worked with a team of over 100 people to ensure excellent customer service to visitors of the Old Faithful Inn Dining Room.

Organized day to day operations, including safety inspections, guest satisfaction, course maintenance and employee efficiency. Instructed guests on safety procedures of the course. Ensured all guests had a safe and enjoyable experience at Go Ape! Maintained Go Ape course to comply with company safety standards.

Managed the contest process for the Kathryn A. Morton Prize in Poetry and the Mary McCarthy Prize in Short Fiction. Used Consortium BSD to fulfill book orders.
