Led a Business Process Reengineering effort to consolidate, standardize and optimize the current fragmented HR processes into common set of enterprise-wide world class “end to end” processes that drive business value and enable future profitable growth.Led the effort to define and implement an HCM strategy that enables the integration & standardization of world class HR processes. Implement targeted enterprise wide point solutions to enable enterprise access to useful information to enable the profitable growth of the Solera U.S. business units.Design & implement a world-class Shared Business Services Organization and supporting governance model to enable the efficient and effective delivery of HR services to the Solera U.S. businesses.

Global Workday ImplementationServe in a highly visible role as a strategic human resources business partner, leading the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Provide a high level of accurate results in a timely manner with individual and team work products. Engage in leadership behavior that inspires and serves those inside and outside of the team. • Direct a team of professionals, providing leadership that includes: team development, process improvement, project guidance, metrics reporting, compliance, governance, policy recommendation and interpretation, and partnership with all areas of the organization• Lead the development and implementation of new systems and/or functionality• Manage ongoing administration of HRIS, HR ticket system, and related systems to support short and long-range HR goals• Create and generate complex reports for HR staff and management across the organization and performs business analytics on workforce and labor metrics • Ensure development of appropriate training and documentation for systems use and maintenance• Communicate and lead systems upgrade• Lead global HRIS initiatives, e.g. Performance Management system, global HR database • Generate and maintain system data audits and ensures the integrity and accuracy of data • Partner with other areas for custom reports, statistics, and to satisfy customer requests (i.e. finance, manufacturing, etc)• Advise management of HRIS issues• Lead HRIS communication programs
