Research, design, and deliver a leadership development program for all levels of leadership at Pinto Valley Mine. Delivered the PVM Leadership Academy, a multi-year program to engage current and future leaders in holistic professional development and key leadership strategies through in-person training, live webinars, online training, and open-world learning. Engaged senior leaders in program ownership for company-wide accountability and long-term program success. We hit our target of 100% of our leaders earning the first certificate in the Academy: the 2020 Safety Leader Certificate. Plus, 40 employees earned their cert, too! I was promoted to Talent Superintendent, and continue to support Academy activities.

Engage employees in career building training on the Navajo Nation, including safety, technical, computer, apprenticeship, and leadership training. Coordinated the Customer Experience Initiative- a grassroots process improvement effort of 85 employees company-wide aimed at enhancing our customer’s lives and experience of NTUA services.

Consulting with Navajo Tribal Utility Authority on two safety programs: AED Program set up (2013) and Safety Committee Program (2014). Researched, designed, implemented, and handed-off sustainable programs to the client.

Instructor for CPR, AED, and Standard First Aid courses, Blood-born Pathogens training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer training, and Instructor Trainer (IT).

One year program with AmeriCorps VISTA serving the Pikes Peak American Red Cross Preparedness programs. We built a community outreach program, and recruited & trained volunteers to lead the program long-term. We exceeded our territory expectations for community outreach and built a legacy with a sustainable program led by volunteers today!
