The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta works to save and change the lives of children and teens, especially those who need us most, by providing a safe, positive, and engaging environment and programs that prepare and inspire them to achieve Great Futures.My Role Includes: -- Consultation- Served as program content expert and quality consultant to 11 sites, providing leadership to ensure all sites were successfully meeting targeted goals for youth development. --Program Evaluation- Developed, evaluated, and managed youth development programming.Tailored and piloted a Youth Program Quality Assessment Tool for the organization, setting program quality standards and establishing staff programming best practices Coaches organization Executive directors, Program Directors and Teen Directors on planning with data, quality coaching and Weikart Methods for youth development

My Role Included:--Strategic Partnerships- Established and managed a portfolio of art partnerships for the organization including the Atlanta Alliance Theatre and High Museum --Special Events - Cultivated strategic, high-profile events for youth artists to showcase their work and talent on various stages throughout the yearHosted a staff development workshop series in partnership with the High Museum teaching artists training youth development staff on art programming and teen engagementHosted a Social Emotional Development (SED) staff development workshop series in partnership with Chris 180 and Family First highlighting youth development behavior management and community partnership
