I worked as a Nurse Consultant for 8-10 facilities in the South Texas area to maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws. Provide support to the facilities during surveys. Assisted with updating Nursing Policy and procedures with the megarule updates. Assist each facility with identifying areas of improvement through the QAPI process. The company is no longer in business in Texas.
