As HRBP1.Formulate the human resources plan of the business department in combination with the business strategy, formulate and manage the manpower allocation according to the business development, and assist BU head build an efficient and professional team.2.Participate in the design and implementation of goal setting, performance management, personnel promotion, and bonus distribution plan for business unit.3.Lead the OTR, talent construction and key talent definition of the business unit, and formulate talent development and retention plans.4.Analyze the requirements of talent selection, training, and retention of the business department and feedback to HRVP/CoE, assist in formulating improvement and optimization plans.5.Master the promotion and publicity of corporate culture/policies and systems, and be responsible for the construction and promotion of team culture.As HRM1.Formulate manpower and personnel cost plans according to the company's business plan, and review and control them quarterly/monthly;2.Recruitment, Established recruitment process system from scratch, including recruitment and appointment process, talent assessment, internal competition system, internal recommendation plan, recruitment channels, etc.3.Talent team construction, overall planning of campus recruitment, and continuous introduction of fresh talents. Negotiate and propose industry-university-research cooperation with domestic double-first-class universities.4.Training, Identify training needs according to the job requirements, formulate and implement talent training.5.C&B, salary research of market peers, salary scale for R&D/business post analysis; Design salary and benefits plan for management trainee.6.Employer brand building, company core highlights extraction and publicity.
