Responsibilities:•Manage team of 6 finance professionals and oversee reporting and policy compliance for 14 Market/Regional CFOs (indirect reports).•Oversee FP&A team which is responsible for analyzing and preparing a reporting pack for over 150 worldwide reporting units. The reporting pack is prepared on a monthly basis for actual reporting and quarterly for annual forecasting purposes.•Serve as main contact for corporate HQ (Publicis Groupe) on various projects including purchase accounting, evaluation of impairment of goodwill booked at the time of purchase, ensure corporate policies are applied, capital expenditure prioritization and ad hoc requests as they arise.•Annual planning cycle, including budget targets, timelines, templates, and presentations to LBW management team including Global CEO & CFO.•Quarterly forecasts and projections, consolidating information from over 150 worldwide reporting entities.•Monthly actual reporting, consolidating information from over 150 worldwide reporting entities.•Main contact for Brand on all accounting issues as well as reporting issues, ensure that reporting is accurate and timely and prepare final authorization before the Groupe reports results to managing Board.•Manage external audits for over 150 worldwide reporting units and ensure statutory reporting is done on a timely basis.•Accountable for $32 million spend within the LBW global center.•Responsible for monthly close (including all journal entries, payroll reconciliation, account reconciliations, etc.) of global center and reporting into HFM.•Manage external audits and internal audits for the global center.•Review and approve all invoices, PANs (Personnel Action Notice) prior to entry into the HR/Payroll system for global center.•Reorganized and redistributed cost pools to all budget holders within global center which included trimming costs and increasing control on spend.•Significant ad-hoc analysis to support LBW Global CFO.
