I have had 30 yrs of retail experience. I worked For Walmart 10yrs as a department manager. I ordered merchandise, worked with vendors, price changes, and resetting aisles for new merchandise, cashiered and great people skills.I have 6 yrs as customer representative with Aetna and Conventry. I did phones, worked with providers, work in manage que to help solve problems and angry customers. TLC was another group I was in for soecial accounts. Coventry we were awarded the Silver award for 2 yrs. for the state of Illinois.Did 3 yrs at CHI admission department and than went to patient financial. Work with customers with there accounts.Did 1 yr at the YMCA as building supervisor. Currently at Target for the last 7 yrs..I am a team lead over beauty and stationary. Prior to that a GSTL, in charge if cashiers and all frontend activities.
