I am a student from Mohawk College in the Recreational Therapy program. I decided on this program after learning about the person-centered care focus and the ability to use my interests to help others. I have an interest in music, mindfulness, and reading. I find great joy in helping other people discover their strengths and learn new skills. My strengths are professionalism, love of learning new skills, reliability, and desire to see the good in every person I meet. After graduation I hope to obtain a position as a Recreational Therapist or related title and assist clients with developing their strengths.
