Providing leadership and consulting with our clients on best practices with regard to the managmenet and oversight of their community. Work extensivley with Board of Directors, ventors, contractors, and homeowners within the various communites.

Co- Founder and Co-owner of an HR Intranet Services company that designs and builds Intranet Systems specializing in the automation of Human Resource functions (including new hire processes, life events of an employee while employed and leaving the company processes), Internal Management processes and procedures related to HR issues and automation of the benefit enrollment processes. Works directly with the clients in meeting their needs as outlined above and providing the necessary organization direction and needed training for establishing and maintaining the system on an ongoing basis once installed.
