Wrote several Business Service Definition (BSD) documents to document the key components of FFM eligibility, including Verifying Citizenship and Lawful Presence, Verifying Income, Residency Eligibility, and Medicaid/CHIP eligibility. Designed the processes for transferring accounts between the FFM and the states, identified the data to be transferred, worked with the data modeling team to translate the data into a NIEM-compliant model, and participated in Q&A phone calls to support the rollout of the process to the states. Defined test cases and confirmed FFM eligibility results by completing test applications and inspecting the application XML documents. Defined data extracts and rules to monitor FFM production data quality proactively and to identify applications impacted by defects. Defined a framework for operationalizing the classification of applications by impacted issues and selecting the appropriate repair option. Used MarkLogic Query Console, SOAP-UI, XML Marker to locate, download, and review FFM application documents. Used Visio to document the functional design for the FFM system.
